Refund Policy

Product Returns
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Opened products are not eligible for return due to the nature of consumable supplements.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Membership Fees
Membership fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your membership, you will retain access to member pricing until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a membership period.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
